High School Ministry

The Quest youth group has continued to be a thriving ministry. On Wednesday nights, we have small groups, worship, a message from God’s word and fellowship.We cover a variety of topics such as grace, relationships, forgiveness and love for the other, especially one’s enemy. There is an average attendance of 55-60 High School students! The majority of students who attend come from unchurched homes. The Quest youth group is a tremendous outreach to the surrounding community. We are truly a whosoever-will-may-come youth group. This year we are working through Blue Like Jazz by Donald Miller.

We have a strong student leadership team comprised of eleven students who received vital leadership training at a leadership retreat at Ponderosa Lodge and continue to be discipled at monthly leadership meetings.

We also brought Justin McRoberts to our church for a Compassion International Sunday and concert later that evening. In addition, we have a gifted volunteer staff of eleven people without whom this ministry would not be what it is. It is such a blessing to be a part of what God is doing here in our high school ministry.

High School Ministry
